Great vision, but weak on execution.

Pros

Good place to get management experience on your resume since the manager/employee ratio is very high. Interesting range of customers.

Cons

Low morale, frequent layoffs, uncommunicative leadership. Very stratified- 8 or 9 layers of management is not uncommon.

The non management team and people in the U.K. are very nice

Cons

Management are all us focused and focused on quarterly results. When these results are not met they do downsizing very fast
