Not found any pro during my 2 month experience
Cons
1 - They will ask you to work during the weekend for just INR 1000 only (Doesn't matter if your salary is 50K or 60K, the 1000Rs rule is the same for everyone) 2 - You can not feel Job Security 3 - They keep Monday meeting outside of official working hours. 4 - If there is no movement from the client, they will blame you for the performance 5 - Most of the people are working here because of the WORK FROM HOME option, some are helpless due to family condition

There is not a single pros i have found till the day I worked

You can not ask for your own incentives, they will always say I'll let you know we are forced to work extra hrs. due to WORK FROM HOME The annual appraisal is hardly 10% of your current salary that too after 15 or 18 months of working if you speak about your own money they will give the lame excuse They pressure recruiter to work during weekends and the extra money we will get is only 1000 even if you have a 50-60K per month salary and if you will deny they will scare you

The appraisals vary, depending upon performance. We respect your comment about working on the weekend, which was requested by those who could (voluntarily), last summer, to support a new client. Though it is rare for any work to be requested over the weekend, business needs may request team members to volunteer and step up to support the business, at times. In summary, work/life balance is important to us, because we want our team members to enjoy their work and their lives and have time for fun and refreshment.
