      The better of the consistently bad - Richardson location is more nurse friendly than Dallas location

      Cons

      Substandard, Disgraceful Health Insurance Offers Vacation as a Benefit but does not allow RNs to take Vacation time Off because of Short Staffing Short Staffed RNs by Design - High Nurse/Patient Ratios in a Growing Population Area Unsafe patient care due to RN Short Staffing Management does Not Advocate for RNs Management at Dallas location is highly dysfunctional, shaming and oblivious to RN and pt needs Management coaching, prompting staff to lie on national surveys in order to maintain the illusion that RNs are valued within the Methodist Health System
