Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you’ve experienced a positive work environment in some units. That’s something we strive to foster across the board. Regarding parking, we want to clarify that employees have access to free parking at all campuses. While some campuses, including MDMC, have paid garages, there are multiple designated employee parking options available at no cost. Some employee lots require badge access, and team members are encouraged to stop by any HR office or volunteer services station for directions on where to park for free. PM-shift employees at MCMC may also park in the patient garage at no cost. We also recognize that floating can be a challenge. Our staffing approach is designed to meet patient care needs while supporting collaboration and professional growth. That said, we’re always working to improve the experience for our staff and appreciate your perspective. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are pleased to hear you valued the hands-on experience, flexible hours, and supportive team environment. We understand that dish room responsibilities can feel repetitive at times. Every role is essential to supporting patient care, and we are always looking for ways to improve the day-to-day experience for our team members. We appreciate your review.
