Co-workers are great to work with.

Cons

Short staffed, high acuity, lack of supplies...upper management pushes staff to take on more workload without offering more compensation. When we are short-staffed, we are not even allowed to go on diversion. Work conditions are unsafe. If you can work here, you can make it at most other hospitals.

Lack of staff forces you to stay over your agreed work days. No relief. Complaints are not acted upon by management.
