Pros
Full of very talented and passionate staff at all levels who desire to do the right thing for their patients.
Cons
Poor communication all at levels. Divided at the top on key initiatives which limits progress Burn out high performers due to lack of accountability and follow-thru on key initiatives. Finance has the final say... even on clinical decisions! Even when the company is profitable, because of poor budget planning with inflated growth margins the senior leadership keeps having to make cuts to "get back to budget". The focus seems to always be on FTE's / SWB.... do more with less mentality doesn't work when it comes to caring for patients
