      Pros

      Methodist has some of the best senior leadership of any company in this city, The people here are great and really work hard to deliver excellent patient centered care. There is a culture of helpfulness.

      Cons

      Working in a not-for-profit health system means stretching resources and sometimes that's hard.

      Pros

      Pay is great. If you stay with them long term it pays off! Employee perks(discounts), insurance good, credit union. I have worked in several locations and I love the flexibility to work at any Methodist facility. I love it. Most of my co work workers love there job also.

      Cons

      Some management is not the best. We have a new administrator and our minor meds are suffering. A lot of staff members are quiting but it all stems from the new management. It was stated by them that everyone is replaceable...

      Hospital has highly competent Dr's & RN's working here, but poor mgmt has driven many away

      Cons

      Very understaffed, does not listen to staff, allows bickering among co-workers, does not call in add'l staff based on guldelines
