      Benefits, PTO, fair pay, enjoy working iwth my peer group.

      Cons

      such a large company that company loyalty by employees is not regarded. Loss of intimacy and concern from upper management for the ones who are lower on the totem pole.

      Pros

      Management is very understanding about working flexible hours. Staff members are very friendly and always willing to help one another.

      Cons

      The intstitution is only concerned about how much revenue it can generate and cutting expense, which is acceptable and the ultimate goal of any successful business. However, in the process of doing so staff is being crapped on. Advancement opportunities are not based on education and experience, but by who you know or cheeks you are willing to smooch.

      Pros

      This is an awesome place to work for. There are many ways you can advance through educational opportunities. There are several locations in which you can choose a job at.

      Cons

      There only fault I find is: there is not enough hospitals like it and there is always construction going on. I guess that means that they are creating jobs.
