Pros
Some positions allow work from home. DECENT benefits, but not near as good as they should be. LOW PAY!! Max 3% raise!! No pension like they used to have, 6% match on 403b.
Cons
Where do I begin? 20+ years, zero Needs Improvement reviews. No writeups or verbal warnings. Laid off with no warning. Management refuses to acknowledge or fix existing issues with workload among employees. NO loyalty to long term employees, and wonder why they receive poor ratings on associate reviews (they didn’t have AFS last year—probably didn’t want the feedback). No career path. Workhorses get overloaded while some are allowed to coast and do nothing. Zero TRUE appreciation for work done. Poor performers are promoted while workhorses get more work. Senior leadership is lacking at best, and possibly lawbreaking as well (lawsuit w/DOJ pending).
