Pros
-Great work environment -Management consistently acknowledges employee progress and accomplishments -tries to take care of employees to the best extent possible -many companies claim to be "family oriented" but this is one of the few that actually feels like it -flexible and understanding with PTO and teleworking, although it as treated as a priviledge and not a right, so don't take advantage of it
Cons
-pay on contracts can be less competitive -is a smaller so less other contracts available to switch to in case of funding cuts or contracts ending, but they will try their best to keep you on board if you are a good employee -benefits are good, but not exceptional, this is not a huge con, but if the company was a bit larger and was a bit more competitive in terms of salary and benefits, it would be an easy 5/5
