I've been a hard worker all of my life; Metl-span will take advantage of you; easily. I was told there was an open door policy, my advice is to not walk through it. If you do be prepared to be called a liar for telling it like it is. Too many workers there who are friends of the department manager. When an accomplished laborer begins a career there expect to be shunned not mentored. Carry a daily workload greater than average Your problem solving skills will be used and never credited. When there is a promotion available and upper management issues a secret task and all of the criteria is given to the department managers sycophantic brethren you will lose interest. Knowledge based pay that is used discriminately. I could go on but whats the point. They fired me for not being a Team Player. Oh yeah and the plant manager tried sizing me up once. Came within 12 inches of my personal space. I think he did that because I wouldn't take the abuse of the gang that ran line 8 LOL. His opinion of me I am sure was narrated to him because he never took the time to get to know anyone.

Everything was horrible at this company.
