Pros
Good starting pay. Great guys on the floor. Don't get sent home if it is a slow day. management generally has a family first view.
Cons
Stressful, Negative environment. Management with yell and scream at an employ over the radio regardless if the employ is at fault or not. difficult to talk to the manager of plant or maintenance about anything job related best avoided.
