- Developer Bill of Rights, from Planning Extreme Programming, is posted as part of the development process, yet routinely ignored for client requests.
- Path for promotion is entirely opaque. The documentation surrounding it is mostly based on the aforementioned plagiarized culture doc. Positions above developer such as lead and senior and director have no objective criteria. It's mostly cronyism.
