      Their software development process was well defined.

      Cons

      - The management at this company could care less about their employees. - Communication is very poor, especially between teams - The goal of the company is profit, and they are very willing to remove employees that make small mistakes.

      Pros

      Pretty steady work, very supportive program manager, when contract ends I'll probably be picked up by the next contractor bandit.

      Cons

      No chance of decent raise, no promotion possibilities, meager insurance with few other benefits, expensive and poorly-performing 401K plan.

      Pros

      There are great opportunities to move up. They have a smart CIO and nearly all the employees are very young (25-30), who were usually very very nice and helpful.

      Cons

      Really terrible leadership. Consistently changing internal management policies that reflect the confusion that takes place on every level. I was never sure what my bosses thought of me, nor was I sure what my objectives were. The few conversations I had with management gave me the impression that they enjoy being mean.
