      Pros

      I'm relatively new to Metova, but have felt welcomed by the rest of the team. I've felt that my voice matters and that my thoughts on how we should approach challenges in opportunities are welcome. I look forward to growing with this company and helping shape it and grow further.

      Cons

      The job can be challenging, and there are areas that we are going that we haven't fully explored before. This isn't really a bad thing at all, but something to be aware of. There are challenges that we will face, experience, and overcome. But without those, it would be boring.

      Pros

      The mentorship from the senior developers are unmatched. They take the time to teach you and are not irritated at all when you come for help, no matter the question. Refreshments and snacks. Culture. Professional growth with a great work/life balance. You are expected to learn and do well but aren't micromanaged. Gives you every opportunity to grow.

      Cons

      Have been here for a little over a month and have no complaints.
