The company has gone through a lot of transition in the last year with a leadership & ownership change, which has been rough on everyone. However, I feel like the rough parts are behind us now. The new leadership is addressing the problems head-on and they are interested in honest feedback from EVERYONE to make things better. I would look at Metova, Inc as an opportunity to shape the place where you want to work tomorrow. If you are a developer, we want the best - our development standards, Agile methodology, and DevOps are beyond what most other shops are doing. We have deployments around the globe on AWS and Azure, and we come across a lot of interesting projects I can't tell you about on here. Our projects and clients are atypical - we help them innovate. No company is perfect, but you will have a voice here, and we do want to work with the best people in our industry, and we want to get better every day. I have felt comfortable bringing any concern to the leadership team and the CEO, and I have felt respected every time. Zero politics, no one to impress, just bring your A-game, willingness to tackle problems and learn with a supportive team, a desire to help our clients, and be yourself - you will do great here.
Cons
The transition last year was rough, as you can tell from other comments. Too long of a story for here but that is all in the rear view now.
