      Benefits are okay Flex policy is nice

      The culture has been shattered. Metova used to be an excellent place to work with a great culture of forward thinking developers. Now, with all of the recent layoffs and retention issues, it seems like there is more management than there are non-management employees. This is even considering all of the off-shore developers that are being used to maintain existing projects. Since January, the new leadership has driven the company into the ground. I will be shocked if it exists in any profitable form by the middle of 2019.

      Great company to work with and for, everyone was easy to get along with and site Leads were pretty friendly.
