Cons

Little opportunity or support for growth. Office politics is nasty, too much inter-departmental bickering. Management is the Peter Principle in action.

Paid training, hard to get fired due to company agreement with union, good pay

Cons

DIfficult to get into desired clerk positions (Seniority based). Obtaining positions at main headquarters (management or otherwise) can be difficult unless you know someone in upper management (political).
