      Pros

      There are several kinds within the company. You can buff on a new job the moment you’re hired. The pay is really good also. The benefits are a plus too.

      Cons

      Management!!! So many people have the positions they do because they are grandfathered in. Which would be ok, if they knew what they were doing. The Union is horrible. You think they’re fighting for you, they’re really spreading your business to whoever will listen.
