      Good company to work for

      Pros

      Paid training, hard to get fired due to company agreement with union, good pay

      Cons

      DIfficult to get into desired clerk positions (Seniority based). Obtaining positions at main headquarters (management or otherwise) can be difficult unless you know someone in upper management (political).

      Good pay and excellent benefits. Excellent training.

      Cons

      Management doesn't seem to care about what is going on front-line wise. As long as you keep your mouth shut and try not to make things better you will see longevity there. Don't expect to get promoted unless you know someone. Plenty of political hires and patronage hires. Tight knit upper management keeps the jobs between themselves.

      Low cost of benefits, good work schedule.

      Cons

      The place is allergic to change, nothing but lifers and people with questionable ethics in upper management. Toxic culture where people who want to do the right thing are forced to keep their heads down just to get through the day.
