Decent although not fair pay.

ZERO opportunity for advancement. Qualifications are ignored. Usually friends, family or race and gender of the month move up. Positions are posted and then rules are incorporated to allow specific group to apply, regardless of qualification or talent. Never any support from management when it comes to disputed. Union leaders negotiate for themselves and not benefit of bottom 3/4 of membership.
