Pros

Ability to apply for other positions

Cons

Wages could be higher or raises for when you are given new job duties that require a lot from you.

Pros

The benefits are AMAZING! You start being able to accrue four weeks of PTO your first year; insurance starts on day one. They offer matching 401k, health, vision, dental, and prescription coverage.

Cons

It doesn't feel safe. Operators are getting shot; murders happen at the MetroLink stations. The buses and trains aren't safe the ride. Public perception of the system is at an all-time low. There's no funding for anything important - ticket vending machines break down constantly, and customers keep hearing the same explanations over and over again but there's no end in sight.

Pros

Benefits and the salary are ok

Cons

Unprofessional environment. Many of the drivers and some of the management are mentally stuck in high school. The passengers are some of the worst people I’ve seen. Dangerous environments and many illegal and seedy things happen at all the garages including Metrolink. The worst job I ever had. I didn’t feel safe around the drivers, security or passengers. Was in fear of my life daily as a driver.
