On the job training, good pay, great co-workers.

Cons

Shifts and days off and holidays off are based on seniority. Going on five years with no holidays off, and just recently got day shift.

Great enviornment and great pay. Busses are maintained on a regular basis so you're not always breaking out the torch.

Cons

Fleet maintenance can be quite an adjustment if you're used to a dealership environment.
