      Coworkers were great before they all left, schedule was good before they started forcing overtime

      The management here is simply pathetic. No other way to put it. A lot of potential wasted here because of management’s lack of effort.

      There is a BRIDGE in the middle of MWRD......If you work on one side of the Bridge - Great Place to work ! ( Heat and AC and Filtered Air to Breath - But If You Work on the Other Side of the Bridge - you are a degraded to a .....I will stop here.....if they give you a locker and a blue shirt - close your eyes and suck up the fumes of human waste and don't forget the benzine leaking into the soil from Suncor right next door.....

      OSHA IS NOT ALLOWED TO VISIT !!! UNLESS SOMEONE IS KILLED .... THIS PLACE IS TOXIC - Metro Denver is so over populated now, this place can't shut down

      Flex scheduling for some positions.

      Cons

      Talking about changing culture and increasing morale is not change! Management talks in circles and doesn't provide real leadership or solutions to problems. In addition to a toxic culture, the location is terrible. You are next to suncor, an oil refinery. The buildings are falling apart, and repairs to the buildings are sloppy.
