      Pros

      Great job for a friend, relative or spouse of a current employee. Compensation was great. Benefit package was okay by comparison.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment including management. Raises and promotions went to management sycophants. Just doing the job is not enough. Getting hurt or sick will jeopardize you job. Raises go to the top, essential workers get salaries cut and froze.

      Decent pay for easy work. Lots of overtime if you want it.

      Cons

      Nasty, spiteful, entrenched lifers. If you have joy in your life, your coworkers will strangle it out of you.

      A Great Place to Make a DIfference in the Environment

      Pros

      Great co-workers - smart dedicated people focused on making the environment in CO better. Great work-life balance. 4-Day work week options with minimal expectations of extensive overtime. Continuous improvement - getting better every day! Pay and benefits are very competitive. Stability - economic ups/down don't impact wastewater. Lots of growth opportunities if you want to grow and learn.

      Cons

      The entitlement mentality of some "old guard" who can't accept change and don't appreciate all the upsides of working here - lots of newer employees feel they have found a good thing.
