I thoroughly enjoyed the team that I worked for and the values we upheld in the team. Every day was different and I gained a very valuable perspective on the environmental effects many companies have on our bodies of water.

Cons

Long work hours, change of priorities without too much communication.

4 day work week - place to work when your career is almost over. Job security for those without motivation.

Cons

- management lies to make themselves not look lazy and incompetent. - upper management willing to back up lies - HR covering up for smooth brained management’s incompetence. - small raises - management threatened by practical industry standard ideas. -spends money on safety equipment then punishes you for using it. - safety is only important when they can blame you for it. - weponized policies to intimidate employees. - HR intimates employees for defending themselves against smoothbrained leadership. - lying supervision is so rampant HR made a policy against recording conversations to defend yourself.

Very unhealthy work environment, not inclusive to disabled people, not inclusive to LGBT+ people, I've been harassed at Metro multiple times and it never gets better
