They do have a 4 day work week and free parking and the insurance is OK.

Cons

It is a smelly, dangerous place in a terrible location with no public transit available. Management is largely unqualified, unprofessional, and theory X. Pay is mediocre and raises are non-existent. Many of the benefits they tout to get candidates hired do not actually exist.

The organization paid well. The work was easy and the work life balance was great. Shifts were rotating four tens.

Cons

The people in this organization are very entrenched and therefore the opportuniteis for advancement are non existant. It was not a very happy place to work.
