My coworkers are great, benefits and pay were good a few years ago but now they're not keeping up with inflation. It's an interesting job and a great introduction to the field of environmental work if you're trying to network and gain experience

Cons

MWR isn't for everyone, for it works at a slower pace than you will see at other companies. This isn't a bad thing for everyone.
