I have chosen to spend my career at MetroHealth based on the organization's commitment to its mission and the community. This is an exciting time to work at MetroHealth as our transformation will not only remedy our aging infrastructure, but will also address determinants of health beyond the scope of traditional medicine to help create a much healthier community.

The aging infrastructure of the main hospital (which will be replaced by 2022).

The MetroHealth staff share a common mission and purpose, to provide outstanding health care to everyone, including the indigent and the underserved. Working in this type of environment and with other people who share my values and purpose is the reason I went into medicine in the first place. Metro makes me feel happy that I chose this profession.

Our government should provide more support for safety new hospitals, such as MetroHealth.
