Pros
Administrative Support to physicians, who were wonderful, and who care about their patients.
Cons
Very political. Often there, it's not what you know, but, who you know to be promoted, etc. People are put into positions because of their "ties", and not for their experience/skills/knowledge. Left after seven years, since I became frustrated with the department:(
