      Pros

      Great benefits and opportunity for growth. Most employees treat you as part of the family. Vision and Mission had a positive makeover. Community impact is wonderful to see. Transformation looks promising. ThinkTank and other company events are a positive change.

      Cons

      Hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Organization suffers from groupthink at most levels of leadership. No incentives to work hard or rewards for those who do. Inconsistent communication, terrible recruiting with outdated roles and descriptions. Organization does not hold people accountable and let's them "ride the pine" to avoid conflict. Beginning to cut quality for quantity.

      DON that does not listen to nurses, favouritism, retaliation for speaking up, prejudice, bullying, outdated point system.

      Pros

      Once you're in it is very easy to switch floors. On Trauma they were great about sick time, vacation time, schedule changes, no issues.

      Cons

      Short staffed, little policies to keep patient's family in check, shifty neighborhood
