      The Pro is OPERS my retirement and sick time.The position is very easy

      Cons

      Management that came from Cleveland Clinic and other outside companies that are making the position not pleasurable. Everyone is not on the same page.

      Promotes Diversity throughout organization. Those who work there really care about the mission and the people they serve.

      Pros

      MetroHealth has recruited top doctors, nurses, and professionals who work together as a team for the patients. We work hard but everyone helps everyone else. Great salary, thanksgiving food cards ($25) for EVERY employee. Looking forward to a new hospital in 2021.

      Cons

      Expansion to Parma, Cleveland Heights, Bedford, and Brecksville strained staff for the first few months. Now things are much better with almost 500 new employees recruited last year.
