      Pros

      Providing care to all individuals in all communities with or without the ability to pay. Doing this with passion and always putting the patients first. The clinical and non clinical staff are excellent and will go the extra mile for their patients and family members.

      Cons

      As with any health system that experiences exponential growth, the ability to provide access to specialists as quick as patients request can be challenging.

      Decent Pay, some people are nice.

      Cons

      Glorified call center rep, (they don't tell you that you are required to answer incoming phones all day). Very abusive atmosphere in various departments. Especially pediatrics
