      - higher pay than competitors - good benefits (+OPERS retirement) - ethical company

      Cons

      - difficulty using time off due to staffing - recognition of staff that goes above and beyond is improving, but lacking - if you live outside of Cuyahoga county, there are limited locations for primary care

      Good retirement options. 10 holidays. Reasonable vacation.

      Cons

      Behind market for ACNP wage. ACNPs not utilized to full scope of practice in the ICUs. No social security contribution so if you have already contributed to SS you need to consider this.

      Work from home flexibility, and casual dress Fridays.

      Cons

      -Unrealistic work load/expectations -The System expects you to work extremely long hours and weekends. -Leadership is never on the same page- they are always backtracking on original plans because they are never well thought out -Pay is extremely low compared to market -Unionized environment
