      Good benefits, OPERS, shifts (if you're there long enough) you'll move up in shifts the lo ger you're there as people leave or go to other spots

      Cons

      Not following policies, favoritism is a HUGE problem, some bosses don't care about employees, a SERIOUS lack of communication between all parties.
