      Great for experience building, okay/so-so pay. Benefits are amazing. Retirement is great.

      Pay is so-so for the amount of labor that's physically straining.

      Pros

      There are No Pro at this company besides OPERS

      Cons

      They overwork you & pay very little. Its alot of favoritism going on. Its doesn't matter your skills its WHO you know. You have to wait 2 years for a raise. You can't move within the company unless you work 15months in an area. The food is overpriced, you pay for parking and union fees. There is NO Work/Life Balance.

      Difficult to consult with colleagues due to time constraints Can feel very busy and the work can be intense (lots of trauma, loss) Isolating
