Pros
Very political, people in leadership positions gossip about subordinates and each other, etc. They preach diversity and inclusion, but much of the staff is very racist, prejudice, judgmental, and only receive repercussions if the bosses already don't like you. Hypocritical administration, terrible communication, unreliable, liars, manipulative, etc etc etc
Cons
benefits are good. Pay used to be good but the system is struggling financially and putting the burden on employees while execs still receive greedy bonuses.
