High turnover rate for the marketing reps. Marketing reps should also be paid more since their the ones getting the bills paid for the company.

since the new CMO take over Metroplus it have been a hot mess she do not know what the hell she is do it a waste of a 6 figure salary. and make it was now she on maternity leave what a joke so please do not even think about apply for a job at Metroplus.
