Pros

MetroPlus, depending on your department has adopted a very relaxed culture making it easy for a hard working individual to move up the ranks. The pay and benefits are pretty decent.

Cons

The caliber of individuals hired at the plan make it hard to truly excel as most are lazy and have a mindset of me against you; losing sight of the team player attitude an environment like this requires.

Pros

Absolutely less than ZERO , NONE , NOT A SINGLE ONE.

Cons

This is bar far the most disorganized, dysfunctional, unprofessional, clueless organization I have ever seen or unfortunately had to be a part of. The problem Starts at the C level where it stinks the worst, then eminent's down from there. If they we not given money by the state they would have been shut down 10 yrs ago, but don't worry with the repeal of the ACA it's coming soon. For the love of everything holy , STAY AWAY

Impossible to grow

Pros

I worked there for about 8 years. My sales role afforded me the opportunity to network. The pay was also decent.

Cons

I understand it's a quota and numbers world but management is always on your neck. I had a supervisor that was unappreciative and would lie a lot to higher ups.
