A much needed change has arrived!

Pros

Combination of stability, if you are willing to put in the work, with the excitement of an organization that is changing and growing rapidly. New management introduced many changes in a short period of time, but this allowed us to catch up to the industry and for people to shine. High demands and a really exciting time to be part of this growth phase.

Cons

Change is hard and not for everyone. Standards are high, so not your typical governmental cruising job.

Pros

The only pro I can add to this terrible company is that I was paid every week but that's the law

Cons

Supervisors and managers are sneaky and far from honest, a horrible trait got any leader. If you're not kissing the behinds of those in management you won't last long. No one is informed and they all seem to make up rules and policies as they go. It's the most unprofessional atmosphere I've ever witnessed from overhearing conversations about sex and cursing at employees. My final check was held up for 3 weeks because my former manager didn't feel like approving my timesheets. He ignored calls and emails.
