People are great Flexible/pretty much unlimited PTO

Cons

401k match isn’t great Say they hire for the company but really hire for contracts If your contract ends and they don’t have another billable position for you to move to next, you’ll be let go Not growing at a sustainable rate No career or pay structure / documentation
