Pros

The pandemic has led to expanded focus on culture and flexibility as contracts will allow. Work from home is being advocated more and more, with the option to now come to the office as needed for many. Lots of emphasis on mental health during the pandemic and understanding from senior leaders.

Cons

Not a really a con, but big growth goals are targeted. All hands on deck approach to top deals.

Pros

Many wonderful people. Compensation is excellent. Training benefits are excellent. Has some great contracts. Some very talented people.

Cons

Major staff turnovers, knee-jerk reaction is to take on many fashionable "woke" positions. Often fills positions just to fill them, even if the personal are totally unqualified. Not all contracts are good - some are really toxic.

Pros

I did learn a lot at this job. Mostly how horrible they treat people.

Cons

The contract I was on, employees were in and out like a revolving door. Everyone was looking for a new job. Management was erratic and made many mistakes (with the clients and with employees). Management doesn't care about you, just their bottom line.
