-Culture is ok -Some people are smart -Small companies feel -Remote work

Cons

Metrostar leadership tries to portray a very positive culture of the company. The fact is the opposite. Top leadership is not very sensitive to the issues employees face, or they care less to address them. They only want a billable body to bill the project, and will never stand with you to protect you If you lose the project, and if they don't find a next project lined up, they will get rid of you

Amazing people. Fun and challenging work. Management does an amazing job caring for employees too. Assuring you always get what you may want to do in your career.

Cons

Not really any cons. I guess the only con i can say is HQ albeit amazing is far from dc where many customers are
