Pros

- Innovative company - Really neat office environment built towards collaboration - Awesome people - Fair salaries and benefits

Cons

- Lot's of turnover in leadership - Struggles with managing burn out - PTO is "sensible" meaning you don't accrue anything and so if you don't use it you lose it, and you're still restricted to 3 weeks for both PTO and sick as the standard... this is much different than "flexible PTO" or "unlimited PTO" so just make sure you understand the difference

Many wonderful people. Compensation is excellent. Training benefits are excellent. Has some great contracts. Some very talented people.

Cons

Major staff turnovers, knee-jerk reaction is to take on many fashionable "woke" positions. Often fills positions just to fill them, even if the personal are totally unqualified. Not all contracts are good - some are really toxic.
