Pros
Great opportunity to grow and gain new experience. They offer a generous $2k/yr for each employee. They try hard to offer services beyond what a typical contractor would offer and if they like you and your work on one contract, they'll try to find you another. Employees should be prepared to be client-facing self starters.. if you are, you will go far.
Cons
There's been a shift in business recently. Directors do not offer the support necessary due to time restrictions and their level of experience. Senior/experienced employee retention issues. While some PMs really standout, other projects lack necessary project management skills.
