      Pros

      Some coworkers were nice. Interesting projects.

      Cons

      A few coworkers I worked with looked down at others and thought they were the leaders who can control everything. They talked behind people’s back and scared to address issues face to face in order to solve problems. I still don’t understand why those people want to create cliques.

      You can move up quickly if you're under qualified.

      Cons

      Under qualified technical staff, unorganized, awful program and contract management, bullies in management, unnecessary overtime hours due to their poor planning.
