Pros

Creative full-service digital agency. Worked across multiple types of staff aug and development projects. They care deeply about creating value for their customers. Very impressive how they weave design, marketing, video and training services into dev projects.

Cons

Delivery schedules were challenging - at least for me.

Pros

I had a positive experience working with MetroStar Systems. The personnel that I worked with on the specific project I was on were stellar. It was definitely challenging but rewarding. I can honestly say that I was learning something new everyday. Different than other projects that I had been on in the past. I was on a customer site so I didn't get to interact with the headquarters office much but I always found great work on their behalf as well from Human Resources, training and other departments.

Cons

The only things that I can say that was rough for me was the commute to D.C., that was quite the challenge within itself but that's all relative, this area is known for the crazy amount of traffic. The only other small issue was that the medical coverage was a bit pricey but again, that is all relative.

Pros

if you are young and inexperienced there's a good chance you can get a high position here.

Cons

there are a lot of inexperienced people in high positions. Some companies grow too fast for themselves and lose their culture quickly. This is one of those places. No one really wants to talk to each other, I often said "hello" to people in the kitchen and they would look at me like I lost my mind. The turnover is pretty high for a reason and I no longer ignore glassdoor negative reviews after seeing all of them come true at this place.
