They have the traditional government projects but are able to put a innovative spins on them with mobile and social media implementations. - Creative, forward thinking and collaborative workforce - Cutting Edge in both Microsoft and Open Source based technologies - Flexible hours, Fun Office Parties - Company will challenge you, but reward you

      - Company is going through growing pains - Be prepared for longer than 8 hour days - Some people do not fit within the culture

      Pros

      Very Dynamic! Absolutey at the forefront of technology. They have several patents out. If you want to learn, and be pushed forward - this company is for you. If you want to slow down, don't bother! Excellect mentorship, Opportunity to meet with different kinds of people and customers Open to ideas and they will always make time to listen if you reach out and ask. Lots of employee activities throughout the year like the Health and fitness program, Happy Hour, Thanksgiving, annual picnics and parties. You work hard / Play hard and grow as you want to.

      Cons

      There is usually several projects that you may get assigned to. Lots of things pop up that you did not expect and you have to adapt. The plus here is you will get lots of training for anything you're asked to do. So in short - may not be for people who want to sit in one project for a long time. But there are long term projects as well - depends on what you applied for and where you are placed. So ask!

      -The company is growing fast which allows employees the flexibility to move into other opportunities -Collaborative nature -The company isn't afraid to go after challenges and always looks for new ways to improve the company. -Employees are young. Average age group is in the 20s. This give employees the ability to hang out with other coworkers and build friendships.

      Cons

      -If you don't like being busy, this isn't the place for you. The company works hard and you have to have that attitude here to be successful. This is a con for those that want some downtime.
