Pros

Some people do care, but those are the ones I worked with, not the decision makers. The ones that cared complained a lot as well. Its was a sometime ago, and it was because I did not have the benefit of some place like glassdoor. It was worked, overworked, and then some. As a Collegegrads I had a little exp, but I was still new. What pros' smooth talkers full of promises, never a follow through, its been a long time as the worst place to work.

Cons

Many of the positive reviews are FAKE, this is a step back and a negative move. I was interviewed straddled along for a very long time. I think they only wanted to hire me towards the end of time crunching project. The leadership is very very poor, they need to step down and hire anew. Even the gov is fooled not sure how they win projects, but they certainly do not deliver.

Pros

The developers I worked with were fantastic intelligent people. So striven despite the long hours and negative environment. Too bad all the good ones get out fast!

Cons

All the good project managers have left due to being given 60-70 hr work weeks and being penalized by management for projects with limited matrix resources and bureaucratic processes. This leaves developers in the lurch. Quality assurance is nonexistent. Compensation is below industry average. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros

Some good people work here, very capable. I'd say majority were fun to work with, but just a few bad apples can ruin it all...

Cons

Underneath the smiley and fake hip exterior, there's is a LOT of toxicity from certain leaders. People were mistreated, often publicly shamed, and anyone who proved to be capable was stretched thin and overworked. Lots of favoritism is shown here. Workers suffer from anxiety. "Unlimited PTO" sounds shiny at first, but then you realize it's hard to get time off because of the workload, and when you inevitably leave, you don't get paid out hours so MetroStar wins in the end. Tons of turnover.
