I have never worked for a company where I am actually excited and eager to get to work! I absolutely love this company! They leaders enable their team members to become leaders themselves. They value transparency and their employees. The culture is infectious and I always feel like we are having lots of fun at work! I feel excited to help customers and leave feeling like I made an impact mostly everyday. It is so exciting to be a part of this start up, where you help build and implement things from the ground up. I honestly feel so lucky everyday to work here and be a part of this family!

Cons

Since, is it a start up, processes aren't implemented yet. But I take that as an opportunity because if you are a leader you will shine!
